Update the Registry Viewer build pipeline to produce container images to use.

• Registry Viewer build updated New registry viewer build process devfile-web#51
• Registry Server build updated Update index server build scripts and deployment registry-support#147
• Registry OpenShift Template updated Update build and deploy pipeline registry#149
• Registry Operator updated Update registry operator deployment specs to match changes on the registry server and registry viewer registry-operator#28
• Update Registry Viewer to include new environment variables (@schultzp2020)
