- heatmap creation and model training/prediction are now separate -- heatmap creation defaults to CPU on midway (longer max time, empirically faster?), model defaults to GPU
- sim_fraction allows you to train/test with a fraction of the input simulations
- updated to use the new SCONE package-internal changes that I put off integrating
