Allows the use of input yml's when running SNN via pippin

CLASSIFICATION:
NAME_OF_TASK:
CLASSIFIER: SuperNNovaClassifier
MODE: train
MASK_SIM: NAME_OF_SIM
GPU: True
CLEAN: False
OPTS:
    DATA_YML: path/to/data_input.yml
     CLASSIFICATION_YML: path/to/classification_input.yml

Example inputs can be found at /project2/rkessler/PRODUCTS/SNDATA_ROOT/SNANA_TESTS/inputs_pippin/test_data.yml and /project2/rkessler/PRODUCTS/SNDATA_ROOT/SNANA_TESTS/inputs_pippin/test_classification.yml
