Add fullscreen mode

• Add a fullscreen button (shows by default) that toggles the card into fullscreen mode.
• Fullscreen mode will render all media & the gallery fullscreen, along with their controls (e.g. full screen browsing, next/previous).
• Special attention to get portrait (height > width) media to render correctly.
• Closes Full Screen View #70.
