- Menu will only appear when the mouse hovers over the card, or touch on the card.
- Fade in/out implemented in 'pure' CSS.
- Also fixes a menu placement bug for -bottom/-left menus.
- Closes Making a new menu mode for the menu to only show up on tap/hover. #67
