Improve card automated updates

• Changes the behavior of automated view updates.
• Separate screensaver type functionality (view.timeout_seconds) from automated refresh functionality (view.update_seconds).
• Retire play/pause tracking functionality as its complex and arguably not terribly useful (e.g. live is always playing, which effectively bans updates in basic configurations).
• Boost default of view.timeout_seconds to 5 minutes.
