Opt in client side routing

Is there any way to opt into client side routing for specific routes?

I was thinking there might be a way to build something using an island component, but I figured I'd check here first.

Since Fresh 1.5 we have Partials which allow you to do client side navigation https://fresh.deno.dev/docs/concepts/partials
