There was little uptake of PyDelphin's plugin architecture, so there is no longer a strong need to have exemplar plugin repositories. These could be bundled with PyDelphin so folks don't have to do a second installation step to get a full-featured install.

The relevant repositories should be archived once they are released with PyDelphin.
