Bug Description

As reported by customer in Slack Channel

I am running the PowerStore operator through Git-Ops/ArgoCD and I have noticed that every single time a sync action is done against the CSIPowerStore configuration (with no changes being done) it ends up re-generating a whole new set of secrets for the service accounts that are generated as part of the operator, it’s un-manageable when the namespace suddenly has 3,000 secrets, just curious if anyone else has run across this.
