Add deis. prefix for $hostname

I got error when I read and type command from quick start document

Document says that "$hostname will be 1.1.1.1.nip.io" but it's not working.
It should be deis.1.1.1.1.nip.io, right?

Followings are error that I got.

$ deis register http://1.1.1.1.nip.io
Error: http://1.1.1.1.nip.io does not appear to be a valid Deis controller.
Make sure that the Controller URI is correct, the server is running and
your deis version is correct.
