A Simple WooCommerce example made with NextJs + Tailwind

  • React WooCommerce Theme, using Decoupled Architecture in Next.js

Getting Started

  1. (Required) Create a .env file taking reference from .env-example and update your WordPressSite URL.
  • NEXT_PUBLIC_WORDPRESS_URL=https://example.com
  • NEXT_PUBLIC_IMAGES_DOMAIN=example.com ( This will be your product images url domain)
  1. Add your WC_CONSUMER_KEY and WC_CONSUMER_SECRET to the .env by following WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API

  2. Create the Header and Footer Menus In WordPress Dashboard and set them to HCMS Header menu and HCMS Footer Menu respectively.

Than, run the development server:

npm run dev
# or
yarn dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

You can start editing the page by modifying app/page.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

Commands

  • dev: runs your application on localhost:3000
  • build: creates the production build version
  • start: starts a simple server with the build production code
  • lint: runs the linter in all components and pages
  • test: runs jest to test all components and pages
  • test:watch: runs jest in watch mode
  • storybook: runs storybook on localhost:6006
  • build-storybook: create the build version of storybook
