mlflow <=1.13.1 still required?

haystack currently pins mlflow to old version (more than 1 yr old). Still required to use this very old version?

Hi @edrozenberg, in #2188 we want to add support for logging evaluation results to MLflow. This might be an opportunity to check whether we can upgrade the version. (CC @tstadel)
