Not to use default documents in Haystack Rest Api

How can I disable Haystack rest API default country data from Wikipedia?

I upload my file and when I ask question if model founds better result in other documents it brings its result but these files are already uploaded haystack country Wikipedia files. And I do not want that model uses these files. How can I disable these files when I run docker?

Hi @arater I am assuming your running the docker demo as described here: https://github.com/deepset-ai/haystack#beginner-quick-demo?
One way to change the demo on your side is to use an empty document store by changing the docker compose file here:

haystack/docker-compose.yml

image: "deepset/elasticsearch-countries-and-capitals"

If you replace that line with image: "elasticsearch:7.9.2 you will have an empty document store and can start adding your own documents. I hope this answers your question. If not, I think, I will need some more information to be able to help you.
