Bypass #5033 by using mpich

• A unit test is added for each new feature or bug fix.

What's changed?

• update downloading function in tool_kits.sh, use it in scripts of stage 4
• update hit for using abacus_env.sh
• update version of OpenMPI and MPICH, and download them by new downloading function directly from official website url (but not cp2k mirror station)
• The target of this issue is to change default MPI to mpich , but in my test. mpich can solve Compile error by gcc-toolchain with LibComm 0.1.1 #5033 but cannot solve OpenMPI 5.0.3 in gcc-toolchain cannot do OMP parallel calculation normally #5038 (seems like even worse). So some hit information in scripts is added
