Remove deepforge worker logic

After the introduction of compute adapters, there is not longer a single worker type to use with deepforge. As a result, it makes more sense to move the logic for connecting a custom GME worker to https://github.com/deepforge-dev/worker.

This also should significantly decrease the size of the worker docker image.
