Alchemist Skill Point Mod is Wrong #2

Recently made an alchemist build and notice that I would have 2 more skill points than in build. After making a brand new toon, I discovered that the wiki erroneously displayed that Alchemist had +2 as a class modifier when it was +4. I fixed the wiki to reflect that.

Looking into this it appears that the alchemist-spike branch has it as 2 in the data file, while the develop branch has it as 4. I'll try to get around to fixing that soonish. Unfortunately I've been away from the code for a while and there is a lot left to update. In the mean time, if you go into the Data/Builder/Classes file, if you find the SkillPoints under Alchemist you can change it from 2 to 4 to fix that issue for your local copy.
