  • To be merged November 20th

this pr adds a behavior flag section to allow users who have a custom microbatch macro to use the behavior flag to avoid issues.

Resolves #6454

Refer to core issue: dbt-labs/dbt-core#10799 and discussion with @QMalcolm

Reverts #6466

UPDATE: This PR re-adds @mirnawong1 's work in #6455
