Link to the page on docs.getdbt.com requiring updates

There are only a bajillion places throughout our docs site where we refer to "model SQL." The work of updating all of those is immense, and out of scope for this issue.

The simplest way to go, for starters, is by creating a new page. That page should note things like:

• Current intentions and limitations
• Example of a working Python model
• Recommended syntax for data frame transformations — we're still developing these opinions!
• Support for common packages (including Pandas)

Once written, we will want to link to that page from somewhere. I think the right places will be:

• https://docs.getdbt.com/docs/building-a-dbt-project/building-models
• v1.3 migration guide

What part(s) of the page would you like to see updated?

I'm honestly not sure!

• A new section in "Building Models"? A new FAQ?
• Is there a better page?

Between now and October, the section will only be visible to users who select v1.3 from the version dropdown, which will also display a big prerelease banner at the top of page. So, we have until October to figure out how we want to integrate this functionality into the docs site at large :)
