For express, "latest" does not work. I've updated to the most recent version that works without a warning.
I've also added an index file, so that you can use statbot without having to manually type the username part of the URL
Also, I've added a Dockerfile, for use with docker.io, and a yaml file for use with maestro-ng. These allow someone to test-run statbot very quickly
