.Fa Output reorganization question

Sorry if this is a dumb/inane question but-- Where is the name of each sequence in the output .Fa file defined? I've tried looking through the code and can't find where the order of the sequence names in the .Fa output is..

It's a bit silly but with the current output, when I import the sequences or go to predicted structures etcetc, all the sequences end up having a name 'T=XX' unless I don't edit the fasta file first. So I'd like to swap the order of the "Temperature" and "Sample" parts of the name. Thanks and again sorry if it's a silly question
