Loom server needs at a minimum before going to Alpha/Preview status a basic authentication strategy. This can be as simple as a shared user/password credential for the first pass.

Initial implementation will be HTTP basic authentication with a single username ("admin") and a password that is auto-generated or user-provided at installation time.
