Do we have latest data for 2024? if no, no point to have github actions right? Can you double check, I see only 2023 as the latest

@Mikanebu I found out this:

v0.2-3  (2024-05-01)

  o The BIS has announced to discontinue the provision of the
    CSV datasets listed at
    https://www.bis.org/statistics/full_data_sets.htm.
    Bulk downloads should be made from the new BIS data portal.
    Argument 'bis.url' has been changed accordingly, though as
    of 31 January the old datasets were still available and
    could be retrieved with
      bis.url = "https://www.bis.org/statistics/" .

So I think now it is better to look if BIS have this statistics elsewhere in the Bulk downloads
