This PR makes it possible to configure the the SQL Parser used in the LookML-source. The rational is that Looker supports DB backends that common SQL parsers don't support (an example being Snowflake), and relying on the default SQL parser might fail or, even worse, produce erroneous results. After this change, users can define their own SQL parsers, which e.g. relying on EXPLAIN-queries to the database, producing more reliable results.
