Some issue 526 fixes

Addresses some issue #526 points

Links to cheatsheet changed to rstudio github page as opposed to direct pdf downloads (dplyr, tidyr, ggplot2, RMarkdown link in resources list was already a github link).

Have left tidyverse link in episode 4 as did not appear as link in edit screen, no links added to episodes 5-7.

One link removed from RMarkdown resource list 'The Ecosystem of R Markdown' (no obvious replacement found), all other links are working so not altered.

What does this mean?

If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible.

This output provides a way for you to inspect the output in a diff-friendly manner so that it's easy to see the changes that occur due to new software versions or randomisation.
