Translations 201811 #2249

Update en source and existing translations, add ar, ko, th, drop pt_BR.

Note: some earlier translated strings were dropped due to slight updates in en source (e.g. PrivateSend help), while some strings simply do not exist anymore (e.g. strings for DarksendConfig). There are also some new yet untranslated strings and a couple of mismatches in zh_CN and ar, see description in 58af279 and 5265c71 respectively (I fixed a huge bunch of trivial mismatches like s/% 1/%1/ myself in th, ko, ar and zh_CN but these are too much for me 🙂 ).

@nmarley If there are no more issues, I think we can merge this as is for now even if a few strings are a bit concerning. We can fix them before mainnet release a bit later (if someone complains :)).
