Cascading assignments are broken in frog

The value of an assignment has type void in frog, rather than being the value and type of the right hand side. So cascading assignments, such as
a = b = c;
or
(b = c).add(element);

do not compile, or work correctly.
According to the spec, they should, because the value of an assignment expression is its right hand side (10.16: The value of the assignment expression is o2 irrespective of whether setter lookup has failed or succeeded.).
