Cleanup RegistryStore cmdlets, fix for non-existent directory in JsonStore #385

Registry KnownHost store cmdlets renamed to common KnownHost store naming format
Fixed bug with non-existent default Json KnowHost Store in xxx-SSHTrustedHost
Renamed -Name parameter in New-SSHTrustedHost to -KeyCipherName because it is really Key Cipher Name :)
And it should be from supported cipher names from Renci or not set at all
