Currently, README.md links to https://extensions.gnome.org. So, if someone found this extension not on extensions.gnome.org but on GitHub first, they then need to search for this extension (on extensions.gnome.org).

Instead, link directly to https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/2639/hide-minimized.

I'll submit a PR.
