from the base directory (ie, superiorcolliculus/superiorcolliculus) to install locally
This package follows the logical flow of information of the scientific process, which comprises:
- Processing
- Analysis
- Visualization
Each progressive steps has access to tools from all previous steps, but not the other way around. This is to ensure that the analysis and visualization are not dependent on the processing, but the processing is dependent on the analysis and visualization.
