Updated to UI v6.91.1 this includes a COPS fix and updates the UI docker image to only install production deps which should cut down the UI having CVEs that are not relevant.

Fixes bug in OpsPortal & Kommander UI where LDAP Root CA is malformed when saved
Updated UI to only ship with needed dependencies
