update browsertools orb

An issue started occurring with the latest version of Firefox, that prevented successful downloading.

The browser tools orb has since been updated, but this latest version needs to be reflected in this orbs source.

• This is also covered in issue Install Firefox fails #504 in this repo

• Unfortunately due to Orb publishing does not work for contributor PRs #451 it is not possible for an external contributor to submit a PR which passes CI tests

The Cypress.io team will need to decide how to handle the necessary update.

As mentioned above, it's not possible to have successful CI checks by external contributors.

Also the CLA was not signed.
