As of commit 603fa5a the Windows cache is confirmed working too!
The speed up is not as much as it is on Linux, because the intermediate build artifacts are not cached (https://github.com/cupy-ci-poc/cupy-private/issues/13). It takes ~10 mins to build CuPy. |
