Package cucumber-android as jar

We should probably package it as both .apk and .jar.

The maven-android-plugin already creates an apklib file and a jar. Cucumber-jvm is an Android library project and not an app project, thus no apk is created.

The apklib format is an invention by maven-android-plugin and it's actually just the zipped up sources. We really should distribute the jar though.
