Re-organize project, add proper LICENSE.md

Summary of the changes / Why this is an improvement

It will probably easier to review by looking at the result rather than the changes, what I did is to move things around to have everything tidy and nitty.

I also modified the license to APACHE 2.0.

Note:
The massive deletions is because I decided not to include the lexer and parser, since now there is a proper build script
in order to use the packages locally, the user should build, will update the READMEs with proper info in next iterations.
