Page jumps to redactor top after inserting entry link

Description

Our clients works with long texts in their redactor fields. After inserting a link to an entry somewhere in the middle of the text the page jumps to the top of the redactor field. This doesn't happen when inserting a url link.

Steps to reproduce

1.Create a matrix block with a redactor field in it.
2.Create a new a entry and enter a big amount of text into the redactor field.
3.Create a link to an other entry.
4.After selecting an entry, the page jumps up to the top of the redactor field.

Additional info

Our redactor field is inside a matrix field.

• Craft version: 3.6.17
• PHP version: 7.4
• Database driver & version: MariaDB
• Plugins & versions: Redactor 2.8.8

Redactor 2.9.0 is out now with this fix.

The fix for this ended up causing a more serious bug (#384), so it has been reverted as of 2.10.7. Reopening this until we have a chance to come up with a better fix.
