[RfC] Display tiles in OSM wiki

In openstreetmap/chef#241, a new map extension was added to the wiki at wiki.osm.org. It allows displaying tiles from arbitrary tile servers. When replacing the old map extension on wiki pages, I recognized multiple links to tile.openstreetmap.fr.
I suggest to add https://a.tile.openstreetmap.fr/osmfr/${z}/${x}/${y}.png to the list of available tile layers, so users can display OSMFR tiles using the template slippymap with layer=french.
Does the community approve the idea? Do you have any questions or concerns?
