fix some typos and incorrect links

Pull Requestに対する追加コミットをまとめて1コミットにしたい場合は、手元でrebaseするか、マージする際にブラウザ上で「Merge pull request」ボタンの代わりにそのトグルになっている「Squash and merge」ボタンを押せばできます。
次回以降の参考にしていただければ。
