Initial Couchbase Lite version

Initial version built for use with Couchbase Lite (iOS and Mac OS X.)

The binaries herein are not official — just built by @snej — but they'll do until we have an official release. (Or you can build your own, of course. Just run the script CouchbaseLite/build.sh.)
