This is a purely organizational PR so there are no changes to functionality.
Breaking up some of the code pieces into separate go files is helpful for maintainability and navigating the codebase for others looking to implement the
Providerinterface. I noticed the Composable team organized theirsubstratepackage in a similar fashion too so it provides some uniformity across implementations.
