login via ssh into your router
-
make shure you have AsusWRT-Merlin 384.15 installed

install install entware and make shure jffs is active

then paste this command, it downloads the script
/usr/sbin/curl --retry 3 "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/corgan2222/extstats/master/extstats.sh" -o "/jffs/scripts/extstats" && chmod 0755 /jffs/scripts/extstats && /jffs/scripts/extstats install
- the script should open automaticly. If not type in
/jffs/scripts/extstats
- type 1 to start the database setup
- Enter your database settings. If your user have the rights to create a database, then you can do that in the installer.
- You can give the database any name, but the grafana Template works best with the name router_extstats if your user dont have the rights to create a database via curl, then you have create on on your own.
- now you can test the Database conection
- activate the Mods you like
- on some Mods you can import historical data (speedtest, uptime, traffic analyser). This could take some time.
- import the grafana template
