Note: LMK if I should just disable the Ubuntu tasks on this branch also, they're never going to run properly (the package repositories are long gone by now). |

This PR isn't strictly necessary, and I'm loathe to disable the ubuntu tests just for this branch. Let's just stick with the current stance of: CI will simply be assumed broken on all non-main branches of this repo. There's no monitoring setup for it anyway. |
