Reduce sleep-loop time in logs test, from 1s to 0.1s, to make 'podman stop' take effect more quickly. With 1s, and testing with 1s resolution, we get flakes. Fixes: containers#17826 Signed-off-by: Ed Santiago <[email protected]>
