Description
When specifying a network name that does not exist to the following command
podman pod create --network nonexistent
the command fails as expected with the error message
Error: unable to find network with name or ID nonexistent: network not found
but a pod is created. It would be better if the command would just fail and not create any pod.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
On a Fedora 36 computer

The pod flamboyant_brattain was created.
Describe the results you expected:
No pod should be created.
