Build is broken due to Jupyter-contrib/jupyter_nbextensions_configurator#165. Need to either wait for a release with fix Jupyter-contrib/jupyter_nbextensions_configurator#166 or pin notebook <7.

Hi,
What about pinning notebook <7 while waiting for a release with the fix? That would make the latest version available for notebook v6.
