Adding darcs to stackage, with the support of the darcs team.
The use-time-1point5 flag might need to be overridden to True also, let's see.

Could you help me interpret the travis report.. is it saying that it tried to find a build plan for darcs using the ghc-710 snapshot ?

Oh I see. It doesn't seem to have used darcs' new revision 1 on hackage. We updated it just before submitting this PR. Perhaps it can be re-checked now that some time has passed ?

Also, use-time-1point5 needs to be True. To override this for stackage, do I need to 1 add a stack.yaml and 2 include it in cabal's extra-source-files ?

You don't need to add a stack.yaml to the project, adding the flag to build-constraints.yaml like you did should suffice.

You can also retrigger builds by closing and reopening the pull request, or by (force) pushing which it also seems you did!
