However, harpie relies on a newer version of QuickCheck (yes, in the harpie library) than we are currently using in nightly builds (see #7391)

QuickCheck-2.14.3 (changelog) (Grandfathered dependencies, Stackage upper bounds) is out of bounds for:

• harpie-0.1.0.1 (>=2.15.0 && < 2.16). Tony Day [email protected] @tonyday567. Used by: library

So for now I'm constraining chart-svg to < 0.7
