Fix coldbox, testbox mapping paths in tests application #4

The tests application needs to point to the new location of the `coldbox` and `testbox` libs. For this app template, that's in the `lib/coldbox` and `lib/testbox` directories, respectively.

Point to the correct `/app` mapping for the coldbox app location. Fixes the test browser.
This fixes the bad `/app/tests` links, which should be `/tests` instead.
