I created tests to prevent the sad cases of logging time in the future, and the happy case of hours logged show the same on the the Logs page as the Check In page

I describe the sad case of logging time in the future. I also look into the happy case of the hours logged showing up as hours elsewhere.
It will prevent logging future time and also ensure that hours logged are shown as hours.
