Problem Statement

You can no longer run any dbt commands in the dbt container. This was fixed in the latest version of dbt-core. Upgrading to dbt-postgres 1.5.1 fixes the issue.

Criteria for Success

Run dbt --version in the dbt container and it works and doesn't give an error relating to pytz.

Update dbt-postgres to 1.5.1

Used to be 1.4.1 but had a pytz dependency
