I took the liberty (which gyzerok's consent, to clense his other projects code from this branch,
it works flawlessly from my testing,
it does change some normal directly structure, but it makes more sense this way as it follows what vscode-remote does by making
~/.sshcode-serverinstead of~/.cache/sshcode/sshcode-server.
